lavenham Highlights

Lavenham is a truly unique town. Constable Court is situated in arguably the most prestigious street in Lavenham. Much has been filmed in Lavenham including Harry Potter Deathly Hallows part 1 and 2; Lovejoy ‘Last Tango in Lavenham’ and Vincent Price film ‘Witch Finder General’, to name a few. Lavenham can even claim a connection to Twinkle Twinkle Little Star, as poet Jane Taylor wrote this while living here. The Church of St Peter and St Paul overlooks the town and is a fine example of Late Perpendicular Gothic architecture.
